The difference of those materialsukiosks
There are so many materials to do furnitures, such as MDF, plywood, laminate, arcylic, tempered glass, baking paint, glass and so on. Of course, different material has different effect and quality. So it is important for you to do furniture. I think many people do not know clearly about those materials. Now I will introduce for
Shenzhen Unique is a furniture company, we produce all kinds of products. Such as food kiosk, jewelry kiosk, cosmetic kiosk, salon kiosk, accessories kiosk, retail store furniture, outdoor kiosk and all kinds of carts. Our company pay attention to the quality and style. About the quality: the first step is how to choose material. Usually we choose plywood to be the basic material of food kiosk, and laminate is the surface treatment. MDF is the basic material of jewelry kiosk, cosmetic kiosk, salon kiosk….and baking paint is the surface treatment. Of course, we will according to your requirements.
Now we will start to compare those material:
MDF is medium density fiberboard. It has good machining properties, sawing,
slotting, mortising, sanding and carving processing. The surface is smooth, so its surface can be treated by baking paint. But it is easy to absorb water and expand. Therefore it should far away water.
Plywood has rough surface, so it can not use baking panit to do surface treatment. We usually use laminate to do surface treatment. The plywood to do the food kiosk. Becase it has a better water resistance.
Tempered glass: the debris will break into small particles uniformly and there is no universal glass cutter shaped corners. So it has a good quality and not easy to be broken.
Glass: it is easy to be broken, and its debris can be easy hurt people. Those are their big difference. So people usually choose the tempered glass, they considered the safe. Thewefore, the glass is cheaper than tempered glass.
